At 1800 XM Radio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your SiriusXM Radio Car Kit purchase, we offer a flexible and transparent return process to make things right.

✅ 1. Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All components, manuals, and accessories are included

  • The product has not been installed or altered

Note: Items returned in a non-resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.

🔁 2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Email contact@1800xmradio.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions

  3. Ship your item using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided

Returns without an RMA may be delayed or not accepted.

💸 3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

🔄 4. Product Exchanges

Need a different model or product? We offer easy exchanges on most items. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange request.

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Used, installed, or damaged products

  • Opened antennas, software, or digital services

  • Custom orders or modified kits

📦 6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label

  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for your protection

If your refund is delayed:

  2. Contact your card provider (processing may take time)
