Refund Policy

At 1800 XM Radio, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent refund and return process.

✅ 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Has not been damaged, installed, or altered

If your item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

🔄 2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at contact@1800xmradio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team to review and issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  3. Ship the item back to the return address we provide.

Note: Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or denied.

💳 3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

🔁 4. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product or want to switch items, we offer easy product exchanges within 30 days. Contact our support team to get started.

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Custom orders or special requests

  • Digital services (e.g., activation assistance, software downloads)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check your bank account or credit card statement

  • Then contact your bank or card issuer (processing may take time)

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • You were approved for a pre-paid return label by our team
